Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Baidynatg does not have any quality to discuss. Overall bad experience. They never pay salary and expense. Terminate without any specific reason and no hearing on it.they also never pay salary, expense ,bonus etc. They never open pf account and esic .if you want to open esic account then you have to pay 100% percent money from your salary to avail benefit of esic and PF
