... Ayurved is a leading Ayurved company of more than 100 years of excellence past. As an employee work experience is very good but salary structure is poor.

Management can't review at base level. I think that in the field of sales and marketing ground level staff has more ideas than upper level because ground level staff faces problem in the market.

There is no salary growth for high learning employees and no promotion given to old employees who are contributing more than other employees in the company. And seniors is not Supporting me.

I am sorry that I am speaking like this about baidyanath but baidyanath has very little knowledge in understanding the ground reality, very much in not taking good things and making work difficult as much.

Management & Company policies are horrible. There are no H.R. police. The Co. does not make a settlement if someone leaves.
