I had the good fortune to work with Shradha HRD for a little over 2 years. They came to me with the opportunity for a long term contract with a major IT giant during the Covid pandemic when opportunities were very few and rare. The kind of support and commitment that Shradha HRD extended to me during my tenure is unparalleled. Few notable points: 1. The ONLY training vendor with whom I have NEVER had to follow up for payment. 2. The ONLY training vendor who NEVER delayed my payment regardless of whether the client has paid them or not. 3. They are not afraid to share feedback with the client if they know their trainer is right, thereby making the trainer feel treasured valued. I truly appreciate the time I spent with Shradha HRD and I wish them all the very best today and always.

The compensation paid by them is considerably lower compared to market standards

1. Lots of learning and growth 2. One gets to travel to different places as well. 3. A chance to work with most of the big MNC's- Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, 247/AI 4. Work -life balance 5. Supportive management
