...pany having to payroll one is shotformats payroll and second is Tvarita payroll. who ever person is on shotformats payroll they have to wait 2 or 3 month for salary with 30% deduction salary and who ever is on Tvarita payroll they getting salary on time. HOD always giving fake commitment about salary and when we ask about salary some times they says just go and look other jobs we will not entertain your attitude over here. 5 to 6 people who was working with this company including me with honesty, but HOD call us and said that you people are cheating with us and doing fraud internally and through out us form company, but the actual reason is that they can't afford the salary (I don't understand their logic in this, if you not able to give salary then say the truth, why you're lying to us.) If any one want to join this company i suggest that its better to be a jobless.

Never ever get Trapped. no salary for 5 months, no appraisals, chamachas of boss get super hike but not you.

Nothing to like as such. All things are in bed condition at present. Salary is delayed upto 5 months. Also removed other facilities like free lunch, mobile, data card even they don't have clean place to eat lunch.

1. Salary never on time. Delay upto 5 months. Even for new joiner situation is same. 2. Not a stable business plan to grow the company. 3. No proper guidance for new joiner. 4. Not even have good amenities.

...ats company is a very bed for the employee. I worked there for the last 3 years. When I joined salary received on time for six months but after that salary getting a late ie. for this month salary gatting after that next 2 months. The backlog is increasing from month to month. Now I resigned that company and my salary also padding for 3 months. Not getting my 3 months salary around Rs. 65000. I am following continually HR department as through the mail conversation but not getting any positive reply to me. It's a very bad impression for that company. In this lockdown also mail but no reply. NO help to me through the Shotformats company. I just say them please release my salary for this lockdown situation. HELP HELP HELP.

Nothing to learn People are not getting their salary on time 4 to 5 month over dues. I am waiting for my FNF from last 2.6 yrs keep chaising HR but they unresponsive. Pathetic company don't get into this.
