Above all, their HR will make you write reviews on ambition box, Glassdoor, Google , LinkedIn forcefully upon joining, in the first week itself. And if you refuse to do, they will not give you goodies, laptop, they complaint to higher management. So if you see all these goody good reviews about the company on these platforms, they are written by employees in first week itself, kindly don't trust them.

... many of the projects and where you can a great exposure of hands on experience. Here you can get good salary hikes and can get great work life balance. Seniors are also very helpful and solves your problem if you counter any.

Worked at Shorthills during covid times. We had almost no pressure for job security. Management was keen enough to know the health status of employees every day by conducting online meetings. Management has assured us to stay safe and stay at home and spend time with family. Work culture and employee-friendly policies are at best in industry.

As compare to market our salary is low, it's my thought although working with ShortHills there is no dislikes, we work in our comfortable zone
