They are located in Ambience mall, and lil flexible timings to come to office

Dislikes

...travel if required and after joining was always made to travel, 5 days a week. And was asked to shift to gurgaon with the peanut salary. Above all, their HR will make you write reviews on ambition box, Glassdoor, Google , LinkedIn forcefully upon joining, in the first week itself. And if you refuse to do, they will not give you goodies, laptop, they complaint to higher management. So if you see all these goody good reviews about the company on these platforms, they are written by employees in first week itself, kindly don't trust them.

I am working here as research associate since November 2022,and I just loved the working space & environment.the managers and colleague are so supportive & polite.For women's company also provide maternity leave & work from home as required. Working hours are so suitable. Overall I feel good & everyone meets you with positive vibes whether belonging to any designation.

I enjoy the collaborative and creative atmosphere at Shorthills. Everyone is always willing to help out each other, and share ideas, which makes for a great working enviornment. I also appreciate the diversity of the team, which allows us to bring different perspectives to the table. Additionally, company is always looking for ways to improve and grow, which is existing to be part of.

Dislikes

I don't like the lack of communication between departments. There is often a disconnect between different teams and it can be difficult to get the information you need to do your job effectively. Additionally, I feel the company could do more to improve the diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
