Company dont have any process and higher management have internal politics. Specially manager are not qualified. Employees are not a trust worthy. They don't give appraisal and don't give incentives. Management is not transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there is no career growth. On the job training is not given to nee joinees.

No Work life balance and no job security. Worked 24/7 there meetings everyday, working on holidays. Most projects were started and closed very frequently so job security is very less...other than this everything else ok, the upper management is supportive, there are plenty of learning and career growth opportunities

Management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow, There is a bond of 2 years there is no increments and Bonus, There is no job security

One of the best culture which i have experienced ,,, what i have personally noticed is that Mr Amit Sharma (CEO) and Mr Apoorva Jois (COO) always think of growing together ...the opportunities and the growth which they have created is just Awesome.... I wish to stay in company for the longer period.
