The company is open innovation and I am a part of team tha market reliable high-quality products and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Th work pressure is very high. They didn't give payment in actual time.

I was there for few months. I was a fresher there and didn't get any sort of training for anything. Was looking for a longer period so that I can learn a lot. I had learnt a lot but not in professional way. They have quite friendly environment in begging which you start realising it's just show off. There was nothing which I would like ever.

Dislikes

Everything. From work environment, way of working, no time table. They expect you to come on time but you can't leave on that mentioned time. I have a lots of things which I don't want to talk about anymore.

Teamwork was good, my team leader was very understanding and understand the problme of employee.

Dislikes

Manager behavior is very bad. He don't know anything about business but he shows like he is very talented and all employees are dumb. Even he don't know what's the matter is and what he should say.
