...ry happy to see my opportunities from Daily targets and good incentives also ...But after all this covid-19 I will lost my job but my company gives us compensation 2half month salary that is huge support to me survive for 2-3 months ....in future

The training that we got during our tenure was good...came to know a lot many retail terminologies and also the breifings and the Monday reports that our managers discussed with us gave us lot of knowledge in the field of retail

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

The only good thing about the company is that they release the salary on the last working day of the month.

1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.

... people have ego problem . Nikalne se pehle hi new member join karwaya jata hai. Kaam bahot karwate hai par salary jyada badi nahi diya jati. Manager ki galti bhi data entry operator per ya phhir junior per thok dete hai. So please join karne se pehle bahot thinking se. Aana.
