I like to became cashier because annual once company will increase salary.when I was cashier they are increasing up to 2000 thousand.i became finance and accounts only company as increased 365rs I am not company happy with this salary in accounts team.again shoppers shop gave chance means I like to go for operation team.

...cies are good.there is good environment for female also.good customer service. salary is decent and gets on time.

...lture are same as other retailers( Max, Reliance etc.) Job security is very bed. HR management behaviour not good and salary, incentive etc issue always pending.

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

The only good thing about the company is that they release the salary on the last working day of the month.

1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.
