... mail on 23-march-20 for approval with way off 40 days notice period forcefully. They not paid my salary for 40 days and my joining to other company also delayed. I suffer a lot due to shoppers stop.

Dislikes

Management keep changing. They do not have clear road map for business. Every decision they take on guts feel not as per sale date or market requirement...

There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

As company management has recently changed so many unwanted pressure are coming in frame. Culturally good company. One can work here for lifetime only if he/she is coming from financially rich background. Because worst part is the salary. Firstly salary is pathetic. Growth opportunities are there but that growth will soon become curse when one will see salary slip. Good place for beginners to learn. But one promotion within 2 years and jump to another company probably the best strategy to work here.
