For insiders there are very less chances of Promotion/Appraisal, even if, they are promoted, the increment in the salary is very less For Outsiders, the appointed person will get more salary compared to the one who has been internally promoted... PERSONAL SHOPPER — Rs. 25000/month (for Outsiders who are selected as PS) PERSONAL SHOPPER — Rs. 18000/month (for internally promoted)

Chances of Internal Promotion is very bleak. One always attempts to gain favour of Department Managers to get promotion in Salary and Posts There is a wider gap in the salary paid to the one who is internally promoted and to the one who is externally selected!!!! For externals the salary is awesome... For internals it's just a growth of few thousand rupees...

...comes to help in covid...i have never seen a cheap company like shoppers stop...our salary were giving on our leaves...and store forced to join stote..person spent 10k to reach the location. Then it is told that u r terminated.. whatever the review was given...the head of the department thought this guys is not gud as per the feedback even he knows him or not...they are not aware eho js gud eho is bad....m not sad with the decision of terminating but the reason was rubbish... Company is not aware who is gud who is bad. ..will not stand up

There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

The only good thing about the company is that they release the salary on the last working day of the month.

1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.
