...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

Salary is less, our old one should start by doing incentive plan, our higher post should help a little greener, whatever we have, we should use it.

But I was wrong, when foreign retail companies can get profit in India and open outlet, why can't an Indian retail company open outlet abroad... I have many ideas to shoppers stop world brand, but when I told, they laughed at me, my pf after requesting for 3 month they are not able to process, they don't attend the call or call back, speak rudely... I don't know how international retail association gave rights to shoppers stop as best, there are many companies, who truly deserve it. No salary growth in last 5 year, i start work with shopperstop my starting year salary is 11300rs, now after five years my last salary is 12700rs, thats why the reason
