This organization boasts of the most inefficient management system that I have encountered in my professional experience. 3. There is a clear lack of appreciation for job roles within the company, with constant interference in the work of colleagues rather than fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding. 4. Despite having knowledge of their respective work roles. (Ex: The social media manager thinks he is a company manager.) 5. Every company earns from clients and projects, but here the company earns by deducting the salary of the employees, basically follow bad practice to calculate the salary. #get_better Advice to new entrants: 1. Please apply only when you are completely fresher. 2. If you have one month's experience, it is advised that you do not seek employment in this company, as it may not be conducive to your career advancement. 3.
