Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company crateria is amazing. But comapny supervisor not helful worker. Supervisor is vs very rude behavior. And supervisor follow not company rule his follow own rules..

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 10-12 hours. Manager do not value worker problems.
