... trust the founders,they are very well versed in education but they are cunning. Due to ongoing covid 19 pandemic they fired their all the employees without any prior intimation and didn't even pay for 2 months and retentions. I would never suggest anyone to trust on this company

Not at all supportive.. took the salary amount of every employee.. Even ask to give resignation into this crucial pandemic time. Worst company ever.. from Manager's , director's never get any support by them as well.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
