hard working office staff in main office and i heard that owner was good.

...t person was just complete his study and come here without any sales experience. when i got kicked out date was 8 and they said that you got salary of 7 days what you present , and you will received that in next month , when i call them they refused to give me salary. before this other employee from other state also kicked like this without any notice period, at least give some time to any employee for find new job , and main think in term and condition they says that if i want to leave company then i need to serve notice period, but this rule not apply on them. if i do any miss behave then they can kicked me but as weak performer they cant kicked me like this , this is totally unfair. i was working in the company throw other consultancy. i heard that owner and other members was good but as i feel , believe me i'm not go to company as a sales person if you are a family man. this my review about the company.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
