...handed over to coax people who would only want people of their religion to grow. Sadly, the top management sitting at Kota and Bangalore doesn’t pay heed to employee grievances or well being. All they want is numbers and they openly tell you not to unnecessary week offs

Dislikes

... your hard work results in salary deductions in the name of "org restructuring". The people sitting at the top consider people's hard earned money and salary package as "Lotteries". No scope of learning and development.

...they never fired to anyone but now they are terminated us without any reason 3.Also they are not giving us compensation not even for 1 month they are saying that your performance is very very brilliant but we are nit able to pay your salary 4.
