It was my first job and really I am enjoying a lot. The Managers are very nice. Management team is very friendly and approachable to all. Mistakes are forgivable if one learn solution. Excuses are not acceptable.

Since it is startup, need more people for business development.

Company's Culture is very good and it's mixture of New and Old one Culture. It's a balanced culture. SHOBI Always giving good contribution to society. SHOBI Office premises are well furnished and have good workspace. Each Employee can develop his personal and professional skills in Company. Company always using and developing innovative Technology. I like to work with SHOBI, Here I can take self-decision for my department and company.

It is great fun to work with SHOBI Group. Young colleagues, neat and clean work environment. Proper caring of team mates. Really enjoying a lot. Productivity is properly tracked and all performers are rewarded and acknowledged. Wonderful work life balance.

It is wonderful working experience with colleagues. On Job Learning. Close compitition to meet daily transactions volume. After work always fun time.

There should be a Training Team. Currently business head is giving us training after sparing time from his hectic schedule.
