It is great fun to work with SHOBI Group. Young colleagues, neat and clean work environment. Proper caring of team mates. Really enjoying a lot. Productivity is properly tracked and all performers are rewarded and acknowledged. Wonderful work life balance.

Non performers are not welcomed. Performance is only criteria to get acknowledged.
