There is no job security they can fire people once they find there replacement who can work in lesser salary inspite of you being the best at your work. There is no professionalism and they don't full fill there promises no support from management at all they put everything on your head . Partiality between people they can create situations that will force you to resign. No proper leave policy they just tell they will provide leaves but no you are forced to work during Indian as well as Us holiday stating we have work flow. Long leaves are not provided inspite of pre planning and informing and you are expected to work even during family emergency. Better search for other opportunities do not regret

only thing which is good ,you will have your weekoff at peace. nobody is going to disturb you.

...set, they resort to shouting and disrespect, creating a toxic work environment. salary Disparity-salary disparities are glaring, reflecting the company's bias. They will expect you to put in the effort as if your work deserves a top tier salary ,but in reality they will pay you significantly super less than what you deserve. Partiality-partiality among upper authorities is rampant. Favoritism seeps into every aspect of the workplace, breeding resentment and eroding trust in the management. Mistreatment at it's peak- One dirty fish spoils the entire pond. No job security- you can get layed off or terminated without even a official warning. I would strongly advice against anyone considering employment here to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a toxic environment.
