The directors of company are one of the directors I had ever seen even while working in shivtex spinning Pvt Ltd I had learn many things even I completed my higher education and my director aman sir and Abhishek sir has motivated me in every way of life they both are God to me I am always thank full to them even I will be always available for shivtex spinning Pvt Ltd.

Only dirty politics and few people of our company is harming our company for there benifits rather then every thing is awesome in our company.

Truly said there was nothing likable thing on there. Everything is corrupted their management n all My personal experience said don't work there if you are very very about your future they don't care employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
