Have you heard of any company not tracking in and out time an don't have punch machine and just trust their employees and believe in work only. - Shivohm practice that. Main thing I love about the company is that - they are true to their promises, transparent behaviour with employees. Employees are always encourage to come up with ideas how company can be better at what they are doing. They are committed to provide best work environment they can provide. Best work culture among the IT industry. Love working here!
