Only I do like Shivani's numerous customers, where we can deal with all customer requirements. And also Shivani's VP Mr. Bhupesh Nasa San is very Specific person in Shivani for its growth. He has very good thoughts towards operations and Business Excellence.

... to stay in competitive market. He even does not involve in the business deeply. No dress, No canteen, No transport, No timely salary, No increment etc.

...ding upon joining date, that too without any arrears. There's full job security. Relatives of some people get full salary literally without doing anything. Come only if you r getting good salary and plan to leave in 6 months, otherwise you'll regret.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal in 3 years without arrears. 2. No value of hard work. Everyone gets same 3 yr increment whether they do anything or not. Even people who don't have technical skills and don't do anything get more promotions.

There is a lot of politics and the management salary is decent but but career growth is slow there is A1.5year bond which is cannot resign in the job training is not given to new joinees

Management work is very poor. Employee have to wait for salary for 10-15 days. Also they are deducting the salary from casual worker every month.
