Good that they won't terminate without serious reason

Dislikes

Poor salary and work-life balance Staff is not sufficient for work to complete You might have to work for more than capacity They won't terminate but you can't continue for long

Teammates are good at work but therehave no career growth for future most of workers face the salary issue ,company member doesn't think about workers satisfaction , sometimes they face many types of problem that they don't belong anywhere. This company is not for educated person if want career growth.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
