Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Bad experiences in Shivalik hetu construction llp, when employees regisn at that time didn't give salary and other legal papers.

Dislikes

Employees overtime in a months 15 days although company didn't give any benefits .joining time commitment to much but after joining didn't fulfill any commitment. Like increments, Diwali bonas, medical expenses etc.
