Work life Balance is excellent as with kind of business shivalik does,it gives enough time to employee to manage their time

compensation and opportunities are not good as they do not have an appraisal system that can work in welfare of employee and employer

i enjoy the people i work with. it was a friendly and fun atmosphere.n i actually enjoyed going to work each morning.

one of the reason i felt i was not challenged enough at the job. n CASTEISM (BRAHMIN) is also one of the main reason.

Working environment is ok. Working space is enough. They have good buyers so learning is good. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

It's very far in distance. There is no conveyance they give. Work pressure is sometimes high so late into the night and we have to go on Sunday too. but they don't give money for Sunday. No appreciation for work and no increment. No abroad travelling for designer. Management is bad. HR department is so rude.
