Lower level politics are here, you can't grow if you are thinking. every one is running his own decided way. No matter how you are doing hard work ultimately you will not win. The reason behind politics Always you will critisise by your team if you are asking for work, the reason only politics.

Realme product is good and ground staff was good helpful people.

Dislikes

Company management is very poor. it's just like a running candidate without any aim without any training without any facility just need to run run run. Price difference in on line and offline . even the seniors was unable to answer dealers question. No service centre . stock sort even same stock available on online platforms in huge quantity. No transparency in scheme . No travel facility just use bus for hole market. top seniors behave like that he is father of every employee. they treat that they will remove you and demotivate in another part of company. In my 8 year experience this was the worst decision of my life. even i have done work with OPPO,VIVO,IDEA, FUTURE GROUP but this was my biggest mistake. even they have no value of experience employee .
