Absolute worst company with no safety rule.(welding is carried iut just beside thermic oil draining) I want to rate in minus but that's not available.

VP , and Production manager is Giving Maa ben ki Gaali to shift Incharge and PLC officers, They will Fire you at any time No Job Security , they will say ' Kal se Naukri mat aana ' Toxic Work culture Current Condition of Company is , All Production staff Resigned because of behaviour of Vice President. 3 months notice period is compulsory I think Shiva Performance have Highest Resignation Rate in Vadodara. In this 1 year many shift incharge and PLC officer resigned due to Toxic company
