1.Salary is not on time , MD policy to give monthly salary in 2 or 3 parts ,you have to take follow up 8-10 time balance monthly salary.(especially for Asst managers and above)
You have to do it every month.
They always try to hold your salary and their motive is to deduct your salary for base less reasons.
2.What salary they are telling to you over all you will get 60%_70% of that because they will hold some part of your salary and deduct it for value less reasons.
3. No space of sitting in Bawal Plant , GM or Business head also not get proper Table or chair to sit
4. No tea or No Toilet or no sitting space of Engineers to sit and work.
They have to work under need tree near gate
5.Plant is very small , 35 Mtr Length width 18 Mtr.
6.Too much pressure from MD for 400 MT PEB production in small plant.
7.Contracter or vendors not get paid 3-4 Months
They always cut money of steel fabrication Contractor or site erectors
With out any valid reasons
Management target is to make profit by cutting salary from staffs , Contractors etc.
8. It is not company it is small workshop with contractors Type working culture.
9.Average staffs working span is 4-5 months.
10. They are very bad for payment of salary or contractors payments
11. Always material problems, they don't have HR plates ,always shortages of materials.
And the company's loss due to material shortages MD adjust by debit staff salary or Contract debit from bill
Small plant daily target 15 MT of not achieve 1 lack Deduction from Contractor bill and salary deduct from staffs salary
Practically plant area is 35 mtr x 20 Mtr only
Not possible , it known by MD but his target is deduct money and make his profit.
12.HR is worst, not picking calls
13.Overall Do not go to work.

It that’s company has not provide single cup of tea to his employees.
Salary debit by Md instructions after joining the couples of months.
Not single Benefits to work this company
There is no time for salary, salary is received on 20th to 25th of every month. While joining duty, you will be told to get salary till 10th of month and sometimes you will get it in pieces. If you will put your problem in front of someone in the management, there is no one to listen, no matter how you have to work, you have to complete it, There is no duty time, before joining the company according to company policy you will be told to work for only 9 hours but after joining the company you will be told to work 15 to 16 hours daily. After completing the overtime duty you will be not given money for the overtime. Unhygienic sitting place for the management. Not well seating area and Tea & Coffee not available for the person hired for the every job. Yet after leaving the job the last month salary is on hold.
Salary is not on time, no appreciation of your hard work, have to do 9 hours shift, only 4th Sat off, do not have authorities, partiality- one employee is getting all benefits where the other is not, no Diwali bonus, not providing leaves on all major festivals.
