Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

1. Bad management 2. Third Class HR (Vaskar Ghosh) 3. Staff is not paid after leaving 4. You can work maximum two months. 5. They are greedy for money and harass their staff so that they leave their money and leave.

Average company job security is 100% work culture is not so bad but you have lots of work pressure in short duration of time, Management is not transparent, no chilling point, Policies are only in comapny favor not for employees, Appraisals are not so fair, Strict working hours, no overtime for extra hours. Hr policies are very strict and only in company favour.

Management doesn't address our issues, tea and coffee are very precious, no career growth and management always implement new rules to deduct your hard earned salary.
