Good place to work but new employees get handsome perk/salary compared to old/existing employees.

Dislikes

Some employees who have joined with a small salary are not rewarded by Management even if they are strong in their work, i.e More work but less earnings.

I appreciate the exposure to diverse project and the opportunity to engage with various clients in the field. working here has allowed me to develop my technical skills and problem solving abilities.

One of the challenges I faced at Shiva Engineering Services was the lack of clear communication and feedback regarding performance. It would have been helpful have more structured reviews and transparency performance expectations and appraisals. At time, the internal dynamics could feel political, which impacted morale and productivity. A more supportive environment with open dialogue about career Development would improve employee satisfaction and performance.
