This is a very nasty bad company i have worked there for 5days they gave me their ofc keys on the second day i have to open ofc everyday then work & then end of the day close the company gate keys. When i told to management about this problem they remove me from the company. Dont go to this company for interview you shall regret later. Even After 5 days work they not given me appointment letter. All are tactics of this company management. Husband & Wife & an accountant ruling the company. VERY BAD ATMOSPHERE, YOU SHALL UNDERSTAND ONLY AFTER JOINING. JUNE 2024 Check this company history they use to change their ofc location every time & its a mystery.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
