This is not a decent company. Even till date employees doesn't get any kind of ESIC or EPFO facilities. Insurance or heath policies is very far away from shiv Shakti scaffolding. There is a very bad infrastructure in manufacturing plant. No safety equipments or rules regulations. Carrier growth is depend on chamcha giri or politics.

Dislikes

They not think or care about old employment health or wealth related matters. They don't provide nay medical facilities to any employees. Even there is no ESIC or EPFO facilities.
