No respect of the employees and the work culture along with pathetic HR department who themselves don't know what they are there for and the entire management is not employees friendly specially so called person called Rajat and overall it's worth wasting time in such an organization.

No idea of the path ahead, and not even ready to listen to others. The management needs to delegate certain items, everything cannot routed by the CEO. Hence, there needs to be trust and faith from the top
