There are so many things to dislike: No job security It's a company with brand name but it's a lala company with no work ethics, no good pay. Hr is unprofessional and your seniors our unprofessional. Old employees work like there as if they own the company. They don't give chance to new employees. No job security.

1 Poor Work life balance 2 Appraisal is not good despite working really hard 3 Engineering managers do not have much tech knowledge 4 Very tight deadlines from product and they have much greater control over you than engineering

Salary : Not so good in the industry Culture: overall culture is bad being a tech company there is too less tech importance and and layoffs every now and then and very important mention to the vp of core he doesn't know the shiprocket' s tech works and gives unrealistic timelines as well as panicked in every issue.

Is there anything to like no overtime pay every now and then there is layoffs no financial year has seen a good appraisal tech team in this company is ill treated no importance as such product team is pampered, if you don't like mental peace please join shiprocket it will be a life lesson

...ey mean that you will be working all night but very strict about reporting time. If you are 30 mins late, half a day salary gone but they expect you to work till 11PM. Losers.
