👍Firstly, the collaborative environment here is exceptional. The team spirit and support from colleagues make every project enjoyable and fulfilling. I also value the opportunities for professional growth and development that the company provides. The training programs and mentorship initiatives have significantly enhanced my skills and confidence.

Dislikes

While I appreciate many aspects of my role and the opportunities for growth, there are a few areas that I find challenging. One of the main issues is the lack of clear communication from management, which sometimes leads to confusion about project expectations and deadlines. Additionally, I feel that the workload can be overwhelming at times, and it would be beneficial to have more support and resources available to help manage tasks effectively.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
