1. Staff is helping and mannered which authority doesn't value. 2. MD is approachable. 3. Exposure and Learning. Because of short staff, one ends up doing many tasks.

1. One cannot grow in environment like Shingora's. Laid back attitude, misjudging the employees, not considering the suggestions. 2. Only thing that works here is boot-licking. 3. Six days working and strict timings (salary deduction) and horrible HR policies. 4. Max appraisal of 5%

Work Life balance - No one told you for late sitting, infact management don't support such things. No Politics - Yes, no one dare to do that, Everything is crystal clear. Everyone is on Shingora chat system including MD, Direct message seen by them. Target- You need to achieve target every week, and you have to present your past week work and plan for next week. Company is little away from main Ludhiana, but they provide bus service to their employees.
