1. Staff is helping and mannered which authority doesn't value. 2. MD is approachable. 3. Exposure and Learning. Because of short staff, one ends up doing many tasks.

Shingora company asked me to discontinued my services during the covid-19. They even not think about me for a single minute and force me to quit from my job .and haven't given me salary during the covid-19 duration months .so I suggest think before you join this stupid company .hr of company will not respond queries quickly

No management,manner less hr ,no job secure ,no PF and Esi deduction ,no knowledge to account team of Excel and so on

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
