I believe Shinex Mosaics is the best organisation for anyone who is looking to evolve and learn about how sales takes place. Managed by focused, determined and knowledgeable directors like Mr. Sachin Palsokar and Mrs. Sneha Palsokar, the company runs on ethics and standards which are high and go above industry standards. The company is caring, equal opportunity provider and considerate towards genuine and hardworking candidates. This is well exampled by the numerous employees working over past many years, which tells the impact of the positive culture in and around the company. My experience with Shinex Mosaics has been truly great! I am grateful that they provided me an opportunity to learn as well as earn, what I deserve and incentivised me on things I missed non monetarily.

The company provides good opportunity for giving you an exposure of working at a strategic level. There's a good scope of learning and experimenting in market in a growing industry. Working in senior leadership will give you a chance to grow and face market challenges.

The working culture is extremely comforting & the company always makes an effort to provide its employees with the best facilities available. I was underperforming in the initial phase of this job but the Directors have been very supportive & have guided me in becoming the better at my job, it helped me to develop various skills. Everyone on the staff is very friendly & cooperative & is always ready to help. the company also organizes tours for the employees that generate lots of exposure & learning experiences. Annually many awards & appreciation awards for the best performance as well as other categories of awards. Also conducts the get-together with staff members. You can Maintain a work-life balance by working here. Appraisal & salary structure is good & along with that incentives, schemes are also given according to the work. They give you good exposure to business travel also & all expenses are taken care of by the company. Overall a good place to work.
