Management doesn't keeps its commitments, Leg pulling, Top mgmt full of politics. Innovation and ideas are never welcomed. Career growth poor.

After closing there tea business unit, CEO told me not to go anywhere but suddenly after two months i got call from HR team and he asked me to leave co. only after one month notice, that time CEO behavior is not good, he was not pick my call also,,

It's horrible, people do too much politics and no system in place. No learning opportunity. I had a terrible experience due to bad commitment and bad managers. Also every one unskilled, and they confuse you only.

It's so terrible I can't think anything to be liked there.
