...ay I got a new chalange and learnd somthing new.which is very beneficial for me.During lockdown period SCIPL help us a lot, gave 100% salary and safety. One thing that I dislike that there is no job security in SCIPL. Except that evry thing is best in Shimizu.

...a managois transparent. There is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...y one of the best. People working at site do get compensation renumeration good. Like for example they have something called a separation allowance in the salary structure, so if you are married and staying away from your family then a token amount of money is deposited each month which is not a part of your CTC. Promotions are ok ok happens every 3 years. Good for fresher's to learn.

The timmings as the Japanese start really early and end quite late.

Except Salary what u negotiate at the time of joining apart from that there is no certainty of anything, specially job security. No one safe here.

The management which is run by Indian people and the So called Japanese people who fall in their trap.

If you are selected for job here, negotiate your salary considering the next 5-6 years. People here don't know respecting other people. You will feel insecure your job Throughout your tenure here.
