Worst HR policy. 2 years bond, two break need serve 3 months notice and 3 months salary. Employees are treated like prisoner. No safety protocol for Employees. Filthy rich management. No EL No job guarantee Salary after 10th of every month For women No maternity, they ask them to resign. Food is worst. 15mins for breakfast, any delay watchman will whistle. It is a jail not a office. In company policy u will asked to leave anytime without any question. You can't go out for lunch. If needed then get approval from hr, manager then only allowed to go. I don't know which country the company is in. They have their own labour law. Bus u have to pay but u won't get seat. Around the year only standing. Management doesn't bother about anything. No good hygiene. Public toilet is far better. No hand wash solution, no tissue nothing. Worst company in india. No EHS, No fire exit, all documents are manipulated. All big pharma come here for cheap production cost don't care about data integrity, employees safety. Their safety smoke detector don't work. They add soda to the rice. If you want to ruin your life then join.

...o management and cost cutting reason company reduce man power with in 6 months. During man power reduction period HR nonsensely said that new joinee and higher package employee is first reduced,that means company hired employee for safe old or localised people. No policy as well as no management. Before join see 2022- 2023 record of company.

...m to bother about it. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Appraisals and salary hike are not fair enough as it's allotted on favoritism and not on one's performance. Maternity leave's are not provided. Paid leave's are neither encashed nor leave's are detected from the notice period. No PF until 2 years of bond is completed.
