The one and only good thing about Shiksha valley is that, salary is better than other schools.

Horrible politics. No support from seniors and school management. No respect for teachers. Most teachers left due to the toxic environment.

No appreciation, stiffling ambience, Importance is given to rumours, unprofessional attitude amongst faculty members, intrusion of admin office in spreading rumours, teachers' lobby and parents' lobby go hand in hand often supported by management, poor retention of teachers.

Unethical and highly unprofessional management.Terrible politics going on there.Efficient staff members are dismissed because the Principal and Director are vily,unethical and highly slack.They hide and cover-up serious issues and expect all the staff members to outwardly show, that things are running smoothly on the campus in front of the Chairpersons ;when in reality things are just not are not right there.
