The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a reputated OEM.

...y weak points of colleagues to management but how to rectify part is missing. Compensation is decent for some key person but growth is slow.

As per working experince there is no surety your job confrim and not and salery side they have provide salery 1.5 month and naver give full and final after releaving your Job they have told always lai ,HR department no knowldge ,three year bond for one sided employ creatriya not full fill

company Culture very bed for employ there is not satisfaction for work skill devlopment learing is Zero they always lai Job surty zero for all employ Promotion zero salery zero worklife balance zero becouse if you are inter the comp[any you are not out from gate after your shift compleate daily worker done approx 11 hours works.

Work culture is horrible, and so are the HR policies. They will force you to sign a bond of 3 years. The HR will change their policies whenever it suits them. Employees are treated like garbage. They will not give you any kind of documentation when you want to quit, not even the acceptance to your resignation letter.
