We can learn many new things and features from Client. There is a lot of scope for learning using existing websites for freshers. Good for freshers, they can learn a lot from those resources. But they can't help you in growing your business.

Dislikes

Management should hire experienced developers to grow in their own way. When people started thinking the company will be somewhere in the top list, with projects they have. But, hiring a fresher was helping them in developing their own career. They don't promise you till their end of the life. Fresh ideas and fresh thoughts come from experienced people, not from freshers. Management should help employees by modifying their policies and terms which are updated dynamically.
