Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is not a company fraudulent company , they will not give salary if we appointed distributor they collect investment that money will share you as salary.

...ar Pathak they guys appoint me and after 2 months when I didn't get a single RS.as a salary ..then I leave this company after that they will send a company generated some doc's. To do a disciplinary action upon me .and u have a company dues of approx 69,000 charges on me. Fraud fraud fraud ..scam alert guys..

One of the Worst Unregistered company they will offer more salaries Because of they dont pay salaries to you , you will see your salaries on offer letter only Literely its not a job its a Wholesale Business deal

salary &claim they will not paid untill unless if you not appoint any dealer becz dealer invest money only they will pay
