Good work life balance. Opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders of varied industry. Opportunity to take ownership of projects. Leads and Managers collaborative and supportive. Opportunity to permanently work from home.

Dislikes

Compensation was low according to market standards. Appraisal % quite low if you are not in managerial position. Monotonous projects. No skill development opportunities. People getting fired frequently. Too many fresher hiring to save company cost ultimately resulting in more rounds of work for the seniors.
