Salary comes on time and number of holidays are good

But you cannot take your holidays when you want, even planning for future leaves is also very difficult as they do not provide proper window to select holidays. No job security if you do not meet target and quality then you are fired. It is not a technical support it's a call centre to complete target anyhow. You have no say, your voice can reach till your supervisor and if your supervisor is not supportive then you are done All sup are from one former company so do not complaint they all are in same team..... A hell lot of politics.

There is zero job security and there is a pressure of performance. There you have to close the cases there is target and if you don't feel that target you will get into pip and then you will lose job there is no job security company culture is good but without security the recently do mass layof as my Microsoft has taken all the level one level to level three projects from them the office happening face by face

Total BullSh*T company and culture. Hire and fire, unacheivable targets. Managers/Team leads will run like hounds doing micro management behind you. You'll get slapped by PIP if you miss your target anytime and then they'll lament that you are the person they care about the most in the world. Just save yourself, please, just save, just don't work for them, my 2 cents to you.

They don't provide job security. There is a slogan for this company “Hire and Fire” they will hire you and without informing they will fire you with silly reasons stating that the client doesn’t want the employee to be in the organisation and the fact is client doesn’t know anything about the employee they just need their work to be done. Client will be not aware that this employee is working for them.

0 job security. I was laid off twice. It was a very bad decision to trust Sherweb again and re join the company after being laid off once. I had heard of layoffs in my life but Sherweb made that true.
