The work culture, the compensation, zero scope of career growth.

Apart from getting salary on time and work life balance there are no other positives. no growth, no learning, no job security, The have no policy at all for employee engagement and benefit, not even a health policy. you get nothing other than your CTC.

No employee policies. no employee engagement, no employee benefits. there is nothing which encourages healthy work environment.

Good environment, there is no pressure no work. management is good I like to make on career but unfortunately there on vacant.

Salary credited is late and, what deduction is company doing I totally don't know no salary slip no experience letters

The company is open to innovation And readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
